Thanks for the replies so far. I was also admitted to a school in Detroit and I just want to go somewhere where I wont get shot, stabbed or get my Sh@t jacked. I look foreward to comming down. If any one wants to drink lots of cheap beer and talk cars, PM me at the end of the summer.
If any one else has been to the area or knows anything about the school let me know.
Thanks again.
Jake

I dunno about Oklahoma City University...I think it's right down the street from where I work though. I go to Oklahoma City Community College...but that's a whole other thing.
As for Detroit...my friend just went up there to pick up a car he bought. He said out of 24 houses on this street, only 2 had any real windows. Most had boards or trash bags and duct tape...so, given the choice between the two, I say you made the right decision!

You'll like livin in OKC with your Scion. Lonestar forum is very active. Scikotics in OKC and Tulsa are close -- it will definitely be more happenin than Montana.
My family is from Wyoming -- the mountains are beautiful. One thing about OKC is it is flat with lots of red dirt -- yuck.

Oklahoma City University has one of the best Law programs in the nation from what I hear. My ex Gfs grandpa was an alumnist and I heard about how great the school was from her. Its supposed to be pretty tough to get in oh and we have a member thats a student there. Alex might pm him if you find him floating on here. Oklahoma is what you make it. I love Oklahoma I have family and friends and plenty to keep me busy. Congrats and good luck!!! Oh and Welcome!!!!!!!

Well, its official, for those of you who dont check scikotics.com, Im moving to Oklahoma City, Ok. Not a very tough choice in that my options were Detroit or Oklahoma. The thought of being shot or raped did not appeal to me (no offense). So, if any of yall have any advice or pointers let me know. Ive never been to Oklahoma, but I think that its safe to assume that it cannot be worse than po-dunk' Montana, hell, the movie theatre here just got Apollo 13.
