Default TOR wtf ?!?!?! need help please!

well i got my car back thankfully

But i feel like I was cheated on over at Toyota of Richardson. Well only the Service Department I recieved my car back today. Of course i was happy that it starts agains and everything......BUT i was charged $230$ to get it repaired 103 of it was for towing..The thing is that they said that there would be no charge for towing. when i asked for it to be towed and of course I sad I okay since it was goin to be free. If they had said no I could have gotten my insurance company to tow it for free but they said it was free so I had them do it but they freaking charged me 103. So im kidna mad about that

okay so now the car is at T.O.R

When they called to tell me that they have the car I told them specifically about my doors how they are verticle and opens differently and to be carefull with it..I told them how to open it and close it and the guy said okay i wrote it down so i was like okay...but then when i was picking up the car i saw the freakin guy opening it wrong and TRING to force it ALL THE WAY OPEN OMG i was like WTF if it stops opening then stop it GRRR anyone with the right mind would know that it stoped after using so much force to open it and when i did get the car i SEE ALL THESE FREAKING DENTS ON THE SIDE!! (happens only if door is closed wrong) so like now i have body damage

and now for the rest ov the money that they charged that was $127$ they said all it was.....was a fuse amp 2 wutchuamcallit so im like 127 to change a fuse.. i know for a fact that a fuse doesnt cost that much and for labor its doeant take 127 to put in a fuse unless your a complete idiot which at the time seeing how a person tried to open a door after it stops would i believe they were idiots there they said the fuse charge and tow was not under warrenty so hold up yall said that yall would tow for free before mentioning ANYTHING about warrenty and they didnt even make sure that it was any of my aftermarket "electronics" that made the fuse go out so im like yall arent sure so it could be just the car but yall still assumed it was my ____ and charged me so right now i am mad but i don't know what to do and i need some segestions what i should do help me please

Call Scion, ask them for a number you can call which deals with regional issues, and even let them know your problem.

I had to buy some bolts for my car a while back, big important ones....

I went to... Vandergriff

The guy was gonna charge me like.... $17 for the bolt and $6 for the nut. (Hah! I said nut) I needed 4 of each....

Anyway, I "found out" what cost was, and went back and was like, hey ******,
I know this is your cost stop tryin to screw me over. My service writer put in a good word and I think I paid like $30 for four bolt and nut assemblies when it was all said and done....

Moral of the story, the dealership will absolutley bend you over if they think they can get away with it.
Good luck buddy,

-TR

nope, it will contact national Scion reps, but just explain your problem to them, and ask if they can give you some contact info for a regional rep/manager

Jin....can you say Sport City? They have always bent over backwards to do a good job in service and parts for me. Good luck. Keep your cool when you call to complain to Scion. Fancy car, fancy doors some dealers think this guys got money so we can jack the prices.

Actually, the fuse probably isn't under warranty. But, $127 to change a fuse?

Let's be real here there is no one place better than any other. Everybody has their place for their own reasons. Trust me I have been to all of them (except Toyota of Lewisville) all are so-so (hit or miss) when it comes to service and parts. For some they get better treatment cause of the relationships the have built and/or maybe it is shear luck. So for you jin I say contact scion as people on here have stated and attempt to get it resolved with them. An next time check your fuses if you can. . . that flashlight from melissa show would have come in handy I bet.

What ever happens I wish you the best and hope your baby gets back to the way you want her.
