Default Tuner Friendly States

Hey Guys. I live in Cali and its time for me to get out of here. Cops keep busting me for my car (turboed) and I cant keep paying the fines and tickets. I was wondering if your states and counties are tuner friendly. Also, what is required to register my vehicle in your area?

Eh. You need to move to Florida. They have no emissions and plenty of access to tuners.

Certain parts are, but none of the cities are.

Move to Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
The cops won't bother you if you don't fuuuucckk around.

Just mind your own business and you'll be fine.
Even with your turbo.

illinois sucks; but as long as you stay away from chicago area, there's no emissions or tests or anything like that anywhere else

come to san antonio, there are plenty of places here who just check your insurance, give the car a quick once-over and slap a sticker on your windshield.

Florida FTW. You can tag anything here. We tagged our pit bike and road that thing to the beach No emissions ever and a 25% tint law. No ride height BS either.
