well as long as they cant see the tubes your ok, and they will get you for using red and blue while driving.

not saying you cant get away with those 2 colors (i have) but they can get on you for it.

no i did not drive with them on unless were in a cruise or parked.
and mine were seven color LED tubes so i had whatever colors i felt but if i wasn't really showing off i ket them on blue.
i dont feel the need to draw that much attention to myself to random people i dont care about.

i dont have them anymore so....

but really your just asking for trouble to be going driving around like that.

i did once forget to turn them off, and I drove from lewisvile to north grandprairie/arlington with the blue random strobing pattern.

i lucked out and didn't get into any trouble.

Its just not a Dallas issue, its the whole state, only white is ok, no other colors are legal, although cops can still pull you over.

i run with blue on all the time its as long as they cant see the bulb.... NOW the flashing issue like what lupe is talking about... thats a diferent subject....

NOW for the best answer here you go.......

STOP looking in public forums and go strictly to the D.O.T. website and get your answer there because obviuosly as you can see your gonna get the same run around... everybody thinks they know and truth be told they dont.....they will speculate and say they are master of all legal and ilegal things but NO......lol

but seriuosly we are just talking about experience and experience doesnt make it legal or ilegal... so good luck and check the site.....

thanks POOTY

i am not saying only i am right either, i read the TxDOT files and thats what I got out of them. those things read so confusing its no wonder everyone who goes through them takes something different from them.
