ummm NO i sold the bike cuz i needed cash and it was wrecked so it looked crappy
anywhoot, the tempo got smashed going to work one day by some pyscho lady, that thing was a monster...loved it, reliable as church being open on sunday
Anyways, my intention is to sell this bike asap and run down to miami and pick up another before i leave because this one is a bit uncomfy for someone as big as me
ok so here is the plan...ughhh took like 2hrs to figure everything out
i wish i could show a map cuz it would be awesome
Orlando, FL to Kearneysville, WV (eastern panhandle)
I4---I95---I26---I40---74W---US19---441N---Blue Ridge Parkway begins
It is gonna be about 650 miles to this point
BRP (total length is 470 miles) to Skyline Drive (total length is 105 miles)
This will get my to Front Royal, Virginia
From there I am going 340N all the way home, if i listed the roads it would get to confusing
All in all it should be about 1280 miles broken down in 2 days. I could ride this in 1 day but not unless i get rid of this 900RR. I plan on stopping and staying at the beging of the Blue Ridge Prwy because i know the posted speed limit is slow (45mph and less) so I imagine that will take a while to traverse as well as Skyline Drive. It says it should take about 10 hours for the first leg of the trip and the mileage is nearly the same as B.R.P. and Skyline so I am guessing about 14 hours for that section + another 2-3 hours from Front Royal. All in all, it will be a awesome trip and I've seen bunches of pictures of the Blue Ridge Parkway and they all look fantastic.
If anyone wants to catch a section with me, please give me a call 240-217-1411
The date is not set in stone because i can't find my calender...most likely be the last weekend of JUNE depnding on dates.
