Hi there i work at Koons Tysons Toyota we do emissions testing as well as state inspections. You didn't specify what items you have on your engine but as long as your check engine light is not on you'll pass. if you removed the catalytic converter no one anywhere will pass the vehicle as this is a federal requirement for cars to have.

since the tC has 2 cats, removing one wont fail emissions, they dont use the mirror screening anymore, at least not in MD, they dont check for cats anymore
just plug n play with the OBDII
so if ur CEL is off, your fine

hey so.. cool.. i have an AW header and K&N Cold air intake, with no CEL. Would I pass the emissions inspection? It's coming down to the wire for me as well.. and I want to get the inspection/emissions overwith ASAP.
