Im probably going to be heading up to the event at MIR this coming Friday. Trying to see what I can run now with my turbonetics kit (first time drag racing ) ... wondering if anybody else is heading up there? I will probably be going after i get off work at 330...hopefully I can get off a little earlier to beat traffic.

i hope you got a new clutch

 

when it was at cecil co dragway a month ago or so, the show end sucked big ones. and people couldnt race cause it rained. the judging was so bad that i coulda told the judge that i had a custom motor and he would of beleived everyword of it.

 

you shoulda heard the commercial on the radio for it last night

the bikini contest was worth it... but thats about it. lol

NOPE....goin for it stock...no $$ for a clutch right now but that will be my next mod along with gauges and such... I was planning on stripping EVERYTHING to get a better time...but im just going to see how i run as I am right now with full interior and all and later on do the good stuff

honestly, gutting the stuff out will cut you weight but it wont help you 1/4mile time
seriously. gutting the car is going to help more on the auto-x track
since your tossing the car around

but i do not rec. running your car hard with that turbo kit WITHOUT replacing at least the clutch, would rec. flywheel as well
