trust me 2beturbod, u didnt get them free. the dealer probably jacked the price of that xB up so high, and floor mats were petty to them =]. so u might of got $120 mats free... but paid an extra $500 on the car itself

and i still got an xB i will be more than willin to sell to you brotha!

Wow way to insult my dealership. I suppose 2beturbod could have gotten it at the Delivered Internet Price.

BTW Scions are holding Value, increaing slightly because of the factory holdback. KBB rates suggested retail on a 2005/2006 auto with 10k on it to be over $20,000. I was trying to sell that white tC to a friend of mine so I personaly inspected it.

relax pat, im not bashin anyone. all dealerships make money on the cars they sell, if it different methods and techniques that each of them have when doing to to make the customer feel more comfortable on their purchase, whether it be a rebate, some "free" goodies, or money off. so in no way am i bashing you or yuor dealership.

Seriously, whats the thought behind pricing something used more than a brand new model? Factory shortages? Everytime I ride by a dealer in this area there are cars on the lot.

supply and demand. it is very hard to get most scions, ye ssome sit on the lot, but it might not be the color/transmission/side air bags that the customer wants. so we can either order one and get it from port (which can take some time) or we can TRY to trade with another dealership, which dont always work out, but most of the time dealerships are more then willing to trade. but the thing with a trade is, you have to trade a tC for a tC, u cant do an xA for an xB, etc. so If i have no new tC's on the lot, i have to wait for some to get delivered, or i have to order one which can take some time. I currently have two used tC's, so if the customer dont want to wait, they pay the extra $$ to get it then.

i wouldnt personally get a used tC when i could get a new tC cheaper. but supply and demand takes over some people.

tC's are the only cars that i know of that go for more used then they do new... good investment up to 20k miles =]

yea i would say average lot time for our scions no matter which model is about 3 or 4 days, we have a white xB, an 07 Nautical Blue tC and an rs2 tC, thats it, no xA's, and i think we have about 3 incoming cars for the next 2 weeks. We had a used tC on the lot that sold for around 17 and was marked up at 19, craziness. So yea we still have the White 5 speed too......... :D
