Saw first RS4 today
#5
Hey Lyle, good to hear from you man! The only big thing in my life is I'm waiting for my rs3 to get out of the body shop. I got t-boned on Halloween by an F150 that lost its brakes. Ouch! I'm fine but my baby (the girls at work call it "brussel sprout") had almost $6500 in damage. Luckily no unibody damage, however (so they say). I was there today and was told I could most likely pick it up tomorrow afternoon.
I'm looking forward to meeting up with everyone---and hearing Justin tell us all about Miami!

Saw one last week here in the Columbus,Ohio area at Toyota.Scion West. Color is nice in person. Can't make up my mind what color it is. I am going Saturday to run the numbers on one that another dealership has coming @ Christmas....my wife sez it will be the only Christmas gift I am allowed to get

I first saw it the other night going home, which of course was after dark-- the color was okay but not spectacular. Stopped by today in full sun and wow, I mean WOW what a difference. It was a stick, too, so it had the nice shift ****.*slobber*

I think the paint is great under bright lights and moving. It is different for sure. But when sitting still, as noted, you would have to have bright sun shining on it and move around the car yourself to get some type of color change effect. Kind of like when Gordon ran this paint on his car at a night race. Another thing that affects the color is the surroundings.
