You guys are right, Scion probably put a lot of money into that event. I would even consider attending except for two reasons:

1. My show at the Arbutus Volunteer Fire Department is the same date in Baltimore, Maryland which I have had posted on scionlife since January for the date of September 14th, 2008.

2. Like others in the Delmarva area, New Jersey requires a lot of gas & time. Plus the economy is affecting show attendance.

No disrespect to your time-attack and show event. I am certain it would be a fun time. I have attended Scion VIP events in the past and they have been very accommodating and a great way to network with other Scion enthusiasts.

Next year we will have to time-manage our events a little more. That way we can enjoy the best of both worlds. I'll come up there and you can come down here so we do not have to pressure people to choose sides.

Good luck at your event and take care.

Not sure, I am trying to use my worker credits for the Oct. event, but I'm on a wait-list for HPDE 1. If I don't get in, and don't feel like paying, I'll be at the Nov. event in group 1 for sure.

It takes about 2 days to get the invitation email. I RSVP'd but still haven't received any more info.

consider running the Time Attack, in fact i want to see Scions run... i am signing up for Modified also. As of now NOBODY is signed up for FWD Modified, and i am willing to split the winnings if 2 Scions sign up for it. Has to be 3 cars for full pay-out. Already have a deal with a friend for Street.
