Okay, here's the thing with that -
Last BBQ, the people who signed up to bring anything that was actually to be BBQed (ie, ALL OF THE MEAT) either didn't show up or didn't bring it.
Aside from that, DJ wants to hang up his BBQ hat, which is totally understandable, and passed the mic to me.
In order to do a BBQ this time around, and have it be NOT a loss for some people like last time, I'd ask that everyone pays me $5 or $10 a head well in advance of the festivities, and for some people to volunteer for some of the stuff that has to be done.

Well then!
The sooner I get some money, the sooner I can book the shelter.
I'm asking $10 a person, the sooner the better.
Paypal it to me at jennydiablita@hotmail.com OR pay me in person OR pm me for my address and mail me WELL CONCEALED cash (I'd rather the paypal or pay in person route though).

Biggie, u wanna shoot for early/mid April??

That might be pushing it a little bit, the only feasible weekend in April is the 15/16. It'll all depend on what I can get at the park and whether or not we want to move it somewhere else if there's no good dates

late May will not work for me as I will be attending my car clubs annual trip to OBX.
My vacation looks like this: http://www.carolinadesigns.com/cdfin...aster/118m.asp
We actually need to fill a single spot or two. We rented two of these houses right next to each other. Stu? its 250 for the whole week for a single bunk. Check the amenities on the house.
I could head up security for parking lot but Ill need help and rotations. Id like to have SOME fun that day rather than chase ricer Accords out of the lot.
