Ok, i havent really seen any VA threads, so i figured id start one.. (i may not of looked hard enough). Is there anybody on here who is in VA, and wants to find a place to kick it every once in a while? I am trying to find a new location at the moment. They closed down the Bass Pro meet that we had going on the weekends, anybody out there have any ideas of a new place, or a current place that is convenient?

 

Yeah man, been waiting for a thread like this. I almost started one the other day. It would be good to see a sign of life from Hampton Roads Scion Owners.

I go to school at ODU, live off of Newtown road, and work at the Oceanfront. You'll most likely find me on the interstate, haha.

 

yah, im in Hampton, but i work on the USS Enterprise, im pretty much always on the Interstate crossing the water..

i know a bunch of the peoples from down in va/hampton roads areas, i know they are a part of scionnoics i havnt been on that forum lately. im not so sure that that crew is on s/l much tho.

the majority of the scion owners that i kno in va they race road course, autox, drag race. there are a few show boats to.

 

If anyone finds any more info about scionnoics let me know, im trying to find a decent, active, club around here.

FYI, Scikotics used to have a decent HR chapter, it tapered off quite a bit this year but they are building back up the chapter. Used to meet at Sonic I think.

 

sonic off of mercury? cuz i thought i saw some activity there the other night, lol.

 

we used to alternate between the one on mercury in hampton and the one on independence in VB. Scikotics hr forums had all the info on that. It would be nice to get them started back up, but its hard to get participation around here.

only thing is, right now im trying to get Midnight Kingz up on its feet. I just started it a few weeks ago, me and a roomie are trying to get it kicked off. Its being a little more difficult than Illegal Dreamz was for me to start..

i have to agree with you man, it would be nice to see those started up agian, i had just got my scion when i guess they kind of ended never got a chance to make it out to one.. i was actually just saying this to someone else i know around va, we def need to get some kinda of va scion meet going before summer is over maybe. if anyone is trying to organize one or somthing lol.
