So this is the 4th or 5th time I have seen him.
Its a White Scion tC,I Think its a 05-07 with the tails, It has black flames(prolly a decal), Black pedestal spoiler, Idk about wheels. He has a oem style muffler I believe its Dezod exhaust.
I have seen him in the Beckley/Beaver WV area.

Anyone Know who this guy is?

Haha Will do. I wanna slap him, but i have heard there is a high Hp tC(500+hp) around here. He could go for "rice factor" then it actually be fast. lol

500hp is unlikely and you not know it, you would know if it was that high, cant hide that much work easily, prob some kid in the car his parents paid for

prolly, just like the guy here his mommy and daddy bought him a 05 civic si. He has no job but manages to buy stuff all the time, and pay his 3 exhaust tickets.
