pho tai? whats that?

i love pho hoa. the one in south philly is soooo much nicer than the one on adams. I always get the 32. vermicelli noodle, with bbq pork. last time sonya got the pho bowl for beginners, it was soooo good.

 

pho tai = pho w/ steak. kinda like pho for beginners. I used to go to pho ha in s. philly, but ever since the discovery of cafe steam train, I'm hooked on that place!

 

im down to try it. tell me when n where n i'll be there.

beef bones! My mom made Hieu Tieu last night.. MmMm its like Pho.. but clear Vermicelli and seafood instead of beef.. Yumm..

clear vermicelli? how do they do that?

 

lol its not clear though.. looks like translucent.. when its boiled.. but its made with pork instead of beef, theres different stuff that goes into it.. usually ground pork, pork, shrimp, squid, and this would be the first time i see quail eggs. (in this picture that is)

i dont know how i feel about the quail eggs though....

 

i dunno either.. must be a north "viet cong" vietnamese thing (yes north and south have different talking and cooking styles).. lol.. pretty much tastes like miniature boiled eggs.

 

Eggs cause me to make fartses. Quail eggs'd make me make li'l fartses. I'd sound like a Kia backfiring.

Of course the sodium count in these are, like, 2300mg, so as long as you don't mind high blood pressure, you're golden.
