its like where i live in the NE is where everyone wants to live. really nice area. the prices jumped as of late.

out in the burbs, property values are a lot higher. My grandmom lives right in bensalem in a lil 4br cape cod like house, on .75 acre, and thats over 300k WTF?!?!?

what it all boils down to, id love to live outside of philly, cause i dont have to pay city wage tax (4%) but i love the area im in LOL. Theres some great areas right around where i live, that are outside the city limits that i may look at.

 

well i live in jersey....right outside philly (not camden) and i love it. it was just living IN philly that i hated.

i do plan on moving back to ny one day though...i go up there now too often enough to not want to go back. (i go up to nyc/ny about 10 times a month). most of the time im up there to go see a rangers or yankees game (HUGE fan) but my whole family is still up there. its calling meeeeeee.

 

i cant imagine being that far from my family. Thats my whole reason of wanting to stay in this area.

 

That's cool that you go up that often. I go up every once in awhile, but it just sucks cause I have to pass through Jersey (2nd worst drivers in US) and once you actually get into NY (worst drivers in US) ....jeez

 

yeah i go up for games and to visit friends and family. and its also how i have 11k miles on my car already....ugh.

it sucks having family that far away, although its not THAT far, althought i HATE going thru the lincoln tunnel. you'll wait two hours in traffic to go 2 miles. literally....the only reason i live down here is because i went to school here. and college in philly.

a friend of mine has been trying to get me to get a place with her for months now. she wants to live in the city, brooklyn or queens, but i refuse to move unless we fine a nicer place that has a car or a driveway. im NOT parking my car on the street....oh that and im getting a promotion at apple soon that'll have me pushing 45k a year. i kindaaaa dont wanna leave that right now. haha. unless a store up north will hire me into the same position.

ive had my car since june 22nd.

and i teach classes and do one to one training for apple.

 

Wow, that is alot of miles on a car for that little time LOL. I've had my car since june 05, and have about 50k on it, but i only drive it 9 months out of teh year LOL.

Thats awesome! maybe i'll be coming to see you when they send me for my apple desktop cert.

 

yeah its bad...most of me going to new york though was for the hockey games. the season is over in april. so i probably wont be going there as often. maybe 3 or 4 times a month instead of 10.

but then again...ill be going down the shore. gah. i drive a lot. my mazda3 had 33k on it when it was totaled. and it was only a little under two years old. haha.

nah im still paying for it...i still go to physical therapy. im getting mri's again next week. my neck and upper back are all kinds of messed up. my right arm still goes numb. its weird. its been way too long, it happened back in may.

i was sitting at a stop sign and a 17 year old kid in an f150 (wtf does have that kinda truck for) rearended me and crushed the back of my car, then i hit the car infront of me, they his the one infront of them...etc. he caused a FIVE car accident. he had to be flying. he basically peeled my car off the frame, look at the picture. three people got taken away in an ambulance...it couldve been worse though, so im thankful.

and the kicker is, two days later my sisters eclipse was totaled the same EXACT way. she wasnt hurt though.

my poor 3...i miss him sometimes.

i always was weary of the chiropractor. always thought they'd fix u good enough, so you still have to go back.

i cant stand the chiro...im convinced they do more bad than good too. i had to go to one for my last accident. i hated going.

my last car that was totaled was a nissan altima, that thing crushed like a soda can. a woman tboned me in a minivan, the passenger side door was about a foot away from me.

(yes ive had two, and bad luck, but neither were my fault...)

man ive been waiting for a package to come from fedex today and im starting to get po'ed...if its not here before i leave for work at 3, these people are gonna hear it from my. i bought something on feb 6th and still havent received it.
