are you sure you mean the knapp road one? the one everyone normally goes to is the other one at Ralph's Corner shopping center. whichever one works for me, just double checking so i don't end up looking like a loser in the parking lot all by myself.

meh, my car was rearended today. it was lunch time traffic and raining, i was almost stopped...like, rolling when you take your foot off the brake, and the girl behind me ran into me.

she said he brakes locked up...aka she was going too fast.

my tc is okay...the back bumper is just a little messed up. its my neck and back im more worried about.

yeah i'll see what happens. i dont know how this happens when you have your car fixed....does the girls insurance pick the place? do they go to a dealership? can i insist on a place? i not sure if the bumper needs to be replaced or if it can be sanded and repainted...the bolts that held her plates on left indents in it, and it got all scuffed up.

 

you go to the place that you want it done at. Her insurance will pick up the bill.

Yeah, it's your car, you get to pick whomever you want to fix it. You deal with their company, and they send an adjuster to figure out how much it's gonna cost, wherever you take it. It's a headache sometimes, but just remember - it's your car, and their fault. You are the victim, not them. Get it fixed wherever you want, and if you're worried about your back/neck, then DEFINITELY go see a doc ASAP. I'm not sayin' be a d**k, but make sure you're covering your @$$...

i was really hoping the bumper wouldnt have to be replaced, but at the same time, id like it to...i baby this damn car and to see that happen to it REALLY ____ed me off i want it fixed asap....like, now. If i get to pick, where should I go?

and yeah, i went to the doctor already today.

 

I'd say take it to either Jim's recommended place or the dealer...depending on what's most convenient for you. Make sure they send you a rental car (if you get a Charger, make sure you let Jim test the suspension ) as well.
