I don't think I'll be able to make it tonight - my boss is sending me to a job in Flemington and by the time i'd get down to etown it wouldn't be worth it.

Next friday?

You only need a fire jacket if you're aftermarket F/I (Supercharger or Turbo). The jackets are $80 at raceway park. Probably the cheapest you can find a new jacket.

I forgot mine last night though... but he let me run anyway :D

Oh yeah - and what's more: I beat my best time so far... ran a 14.223 @ 95.87 MPH. Yep - Gizmo beat me (But i'm happy! She'd better beat me - she makes more power than I do! :D)

You're turboed?

If you run under 14 seconds you need a full face helmet that's all. I haven't run faster than 14.00 yet so I'm ok with what I have.

Trade wheel/tires? Lol.

Recliner - if you have street tires you probably won't hit 13's. Especially not on the base tune.

yea I was having alotta trouble getting my Nitto's to stick.... I think i should let some air out

plus it was my first time racing....lol i know i dindt race at the 10,000 VIP's i went to

so i was a bit anxious at the light, and not ready

ive been practicing launching a bit tho so i dont look like a fool next time and run a 17.005@83 lol

i realized getting on the gas and up on the clutch at like a certain point and not slamming it gives me a good launch in 1st gear.....my shifting is fine, all i have to worry about is launch

i wish u guys can help me but u both got autos

yes - I believe we'll be going this coming friday again. It's $24 for time trials on Fridays. If you get there before 7pm it's a good bet you'll get at least 3 runs in.
