General Notice to Scion Owners....

If you get any work done at the dealership make sure they charge you the Scion labor rate and not the Toyota labor rate. They are different. Right now Toyota Labor is $93/hr and Scion labor is $24/hr. Demand the Scion rate and talk to the service manager about it when getting work done to your car. The service manager may give you a hard time or actually not realize. If that is the case ask to speak with the GM. You may all continue...

Sorry Scott. I thought your crew should know this.

That's ridiculous, Shan.

Last time I had an alignment done, and paid for it... it was 50 bucks. You really need to find someone you know.

Thanks Rob. I'll prolly eventually get an alignment in the summer, but I just wanted to be sure it was okay to drive around right after I drop it. Better to be safe than sorry.

With a drop as small as the TRD/H-tech drop, you should be fine.

I would still recommend getting it done within the first few months though

I have had my lowering springs on since october, had my suspension out a second time for shocks and struts on a month later and i haven't doone an alignment. I also can drive 75mph take my hands off the wheel and it holds straight forever. If youa going to get an alignment though, wait for ur wheels, cause thats where u will see ur biggest difference!
