I had a horrible day in Pitsburg today

I came up to exchange my computer and this guy slams on his breaks then gets out of his car tells me to pull over so I did to make a long story short He drug me out of the car beat the heck out of me and when I said I was calling the cops he took my flip phone and now I have a phone that is in two pieces

 

do any of you guys know the number to the Pa state troopers? cause I got his liscense plate too Oh and he slammnd my leg in my door too so now I can barely walk
