Yeah and about 70 grams of protein!! Meat that little shouldn't "naturally" have that much protein. It kinda makes you wonder how much hormones they actually pump into those cardboard burgers they make???

Excellent point. I've been trying to go organic just because of this. I've been reading up on what exactly goes into our food and I'm sure you know, it is disgusting. I never again desire to eat a McDonalds burger. I don't care how much protein is in it. There's 48 grams of protein in a boneless skinless chicken breast so I'll stick with that!

So who is ready to get the monthly meets going again? I know I am! I know this Saturday is too short of a notice but what does everyone think of Feb 9th regular time (6:15) at Cici's in Bridgeville?

I'm so down.....Only reason i would be out is if my friend I have not seen in two years will be back at my home town for a visit.

Other than that.. count me, myself and I in!!!

There are a couple of xB owners that work for American Eagle in the industrial park off of 19 in Cranberry, it might be one of those.
