1st major engine upgrade: Fujita cold air intake (polished finish). Hope all goes well with installation when I get it =D

I put spacers on my wrangler awhile back, seemed fine. Any different with passenger cars? IE: How dangerous, if at all, would it be to put wheel spacers (probably 1/8 inch) on the tC?
