I will agree on Rohrich being the worse dealership around! I hate them with a passion. They are so close to me but I avoid them at all cost.
Have you tried any smaller shops around that are family/local owned?

My only good experience so far is Advance Auto Parts near Wexford. Went in there for spark plugs and battery this weekend. Got spark plugs in less than 1 minute. Installed myself. Next day drove there in emergency to get battery. Guy installed it in 10 minutes.
None of this "up-selling-go-as-slow-as-possible-incompetent-BS" that you see everywhere else.
If Advance did oil changes, I'd go there for all my auto needs.

I LOVE Kenny Ross Toyota in Moon Township, they have been nothing but awesome to me (I bought my car when I lived in SC)
Their service department is fantastic as far as speed and customer service

If anyone ever needs a good body shop.. I also have one of those who puts a warranty on any work they do as long as you own the car. They did work on Jeff's xb an they matched the paint to a T!
