I will agree on Rohrich being the worse dealership around! I hate them with a passion. They are so close to me but I avoid them at all cost.

Have you tried any smaller shops around that are family/local owned?

Back in VA I know many family/friend shops. In Pittsburgh, everything is shady haha. I don't know why people charge so much for tires and alignment. I used to do that stuff in HS. Took like 10 minutes to balance all the tires, about 10 minutes to put them all on, and about 5 minutes for realignment. All these Jiffy Lubes, Midas's, etc. are ripping people off.

My only good experience so far is Advance Auto Parts near Wexford. Went in there for spark plugs and battery this weekend. Got spark plugs in less than 1 minute. Installed myself. Next day drove there in emergency to get battery. Guy installed it in 10 minutes.

None of this "up-selling-go-as-slow-as-possible-incompetent-BS" that you see everywhere else.

If Advance did oil changes, I'd go there for all my auto needs.

I LOVE Kenny Ross Toyota in Moon Township, they have been nothing but awesome to me (I bought my car when I lived in SC)

Their service department is fantastic as far as speed and customer service

I will agree on this! They are the best. They have been ranked #1 for service in the area. They have helped me so much with everything especially when I had an accident.

If anyone ever needs a good body shop.. I also have one of those who puts a warranty on any work they do as long as you own the car. They did work on Jeff's xb an they matched the paint to a T!

So.... any chance of getting folks together since it's nice out. Even to a park or something.. or even a parking lot and getting a bite to eat?

It all depends on when I go back to work for me if I can make it out or not. I've been off for over a month now and it's driving me nuts
