I know how you feel. I just joined up last week on the NRG site, but I only stopped by xposed for a few minutes on my way to work to pick up some free swag and grab a hotdog. I thought about introducing myself to those I saw wearing NRG shirts, but I felt awkward. Plus, since I was essentially doing a grab-n-go, I thought it'd be rude to be like, "Hey what's up, I'm Buster. Nice to meet you. Gotta run, bye."

Anyway, the event looked great and the free food and giveaways were awesome. Just further goes to confirm that Scion is the best car company out there.

I can see myself standing in the crowd in the fist picture, exciting. As for the car, its the blue xA in the picture that everyones standing around. I actually wasn't all that impressed. Had a wide body kit which was different, but I just expected more. Although I'm really impressed they decided to use an xA.

That was the Blue xA. It's ScioNRG's competition car that they did at the last VIP Show when it was NRG vs Evo.

It's got a JDM Widebody kit, moulded, wheels, sound system, and a lot of other mods. You just can't see it from the pics...

Here's a couple more of it:

I thought the whole bounty hunter thing was tacky... I might have enjoyed it more after a few beers

And Best Performance going to some kid with a stock turbonetics kit and a Tsudo coffee can exhaust?? C'mon. I would have eaten him at the track.

Yeah... there were problems with the videos and a/v displays... if they were working properly and if they actually told us what the heck was going on at the different checkpoints it would have been much better. The fact that they didn't broadcast a lot of information did NOT help.

Did anyone know there was a NCCA Judging tent there? Nobody knew... they didn't tell us about it. I didn't see any judges walking around and nobody told us when the cars were judged. No sticker on the windshield saying they got to our cars.... I think they took a quick look and walked on.

Yea I think the judging was done all wrong. They should of atleast let us know when they were doing it. It was like all of a sudden the trophies were being given out and no one even had any idea there car had been looked at by judges. And the A/V problems were pretty classic... the drunk guy with the old truck that they showed at the very beginning, I just sat there scratching my head. All in all it was as great day though. Cant really complain about a totally free event with a lot going on and tons of free stuff.
