Default Scott's Exhaust - Lancaster and Sout Philly Experiences

Hello Fellow ScionLife Members!

For the past 2 years I have been messing round with my exhaust system, changing pipes, modifying mid-pipes, welding CATs, removing CATs, Headers ETC...Trying to find a good combination, which will make the car sound great, and not hinder HP...

After giving up on my exhaust set up, and sounding way to loud for my liking, decided to to it right.

Custom pipes, with a MagnaFlow CAT and a MagnaFlow Resonator...issue was I needed pipes!

After talking to a few local Exhaust shops which wanted more than 300.00 for the work, I came across Scott's Exhaust in Lancaster PA. Then I heard, Scott has a bay at Eargasm On 4th and Oregon in South Philly.

http://scottsexhaust.com/

So just under 2 hrs he made a custom exhaust system for me, no rattles, no issues, no bullsh*t.... really nice guy, great to work with, explain to me the process, why he chose the pipes he did and the diameter, showed me all the welds spots...and everything look beautiful! He even sprayed my exhaust pipes black, looks sick.

His welds are so nice, I thought Schafer's muffler was good, but Scott's blows them all out of the water!

If you are in the try state area and need work done to your car, please hit up Scotts!

If you dealt with him in the past, please post up comments, issues and feedback...just trying to spread the word!

Don’t waste your money at Midas, or Meineke, or Schafer's or Monro

Will post pics in a bit! Good Luck Guys!

Post what it costs and what you got done...
I don't see what makes this place so great.
You just say it's great.
Maybe if I see quality or price... I would consider going there.

Details please!

Sorry for the late reply. Thought I posted what I got done and how much...

From my S-pipe back he welded the following:
A magnaflow Cat->Magnaflow resonator (22" to eliminate rasp) then custom pipes 2 1/4" down to 2" up to 2 1/4" Adjusted my hangers. And all the piping work was painted black. Welded everything right up to my SRS muffler.

No rasp and it actually killed the noise. My car was very loud due to the straight pipes I had before. and due to the DC header and due to the spipe. Now it has a low rumble and at high speeds, sounds amazing, an it does not sound overly loud. I am really pleased with the sound alone.

So welding, and new pipes (from S pipe all the way back to muffler), painted, installed with beautiful welding! $150.00

PS I provided the CAT and Resonator. If anyone does not have the parts, he has plenty of CATs and Resonators he could had used. I bought mine a while ago and wanted to used the parts I bought...

Hope this helps...sorry for the late reply
