does the xA have any kind of downhill brake assit? the Head technican went for a ride w/ em today and her car did what its been doing twice and he claims thats it...but im pretty sure it doesnt have that system

Yea I went to the midnight showing. It wasn't as good as last movie and nowhere as good as the actual book

It does have brake assist....not DOWNHILL brake assist...thats in the rav's

they guy tried to tell me it was the car downshifting (its an auto)...then i put it in 2 and it did it so thats out...now they are trying to say it has this downhill assist...which i have never seen advertised and the car doesn’t even have Traction or stability control.

bring it here. I have one guy Sam who all he does is scions. and I sit in with him whenever he's working on them. We just had an rs2 tc in here that has been to 3 other dealerships with a clutch issue they all said it was normal and we have a broken throw out bearing..

ebd is electric brake distrobution...they all have it. It senses which tire has more grip. and will apply more braking force to that or those wheels... ie one tire on ice one on dry ground it will throw more braking into the one on dry ground.

the car has been in the shop for nearly two weeks, its the 5th trip. the next step in lemon law. i wont drive that car. she wont drive that car. i appreciate the offer though

ok i just found it has EBD and a Brake assist. but the thing is this happens 99% of the time doing down hill. the mechanic also told her that he has monitored and checked all the systems and they work fine.

like I said they said that tc was fine too. You need the right people who wont just go..Ok the screen says its ok it must be ok. You need quality people who will put in the extra effort to find the problem

yea i saw that...might be worth a look. im not sure she wants another hatchback...she was rear ended with her son in the car and that pretty much ended any chance of another hb...but the xD is a bit larger. we will see

Tell em if shes gonna get a new car get a rabbit u can get one for 16,000.....its the jetta 2.5 in it which is a sweet engine and really reliable and alot safer than the scion
