i dunno...it sucks that hes not gonna help u out at all...but it kinda makes sense that his disclaimer states that once its installed you cant return it. really no way to prove that it was delivered like that. for all he knows something could have fallen on the hood to cause the dent.
and its tough sometimes with carbon fiber hoods. i had issues with mine. i spent quite a bit of time making it fit 'better' then it did when i got it. got tired of messing with it and thats why big jim has it now. we made a hell of a trade. lol.

haha yeah i mena i understand hoods aint perfect but if u look at the dent u can tell its from manufacturing. Keep in mind if u drop something on a cf hood it isnt going to dent it will crack...cf doesnt dent. And i think im gonna be taking pics of the box it came in because its in perfect condition now if something fell on it in the box it would have a mark or crease on it.
Neway i mean i wasnt asking for much i mean i would be happy with 50 or 100 bucks. Just the fact that they wont do nething at all ticks me off.

Honestly, you should have returned it if it came with a dent in the CF.
I wouldn't have installed it.
That's like me paying out the ___ to get a Kenstyle lip, and it arrives cracked, and I install it regardless of the crack.
I sent that thing back and got coilovers instead.

ALWAYS go over anything expensive you buy for your car with a flashlight and a fine toothed comb before installing it and voiding the return policy.
It's a rule of modding that should never be ignored.

I discovered the crack after it had been delivered, as I didn't take delivery.
And I also discovered that it was a lip for an '04/'05 xA, not an '06 too.
If there is any issue with the product before it has been installed, there is absolutely no reason why the manufacturer/retailer shouldn't take it back. Unfortunately, you installed it before inspecting it in the light.

Pre-installation inspection is of utmost importance.
