edit - they should do it documentary style and just drive around in an R34 skyline and video tape all the rice-rockets that try to race them.. now THAT would be a good time

idk about you guys...but wheni go see a fast and furious movie im not there for the award winning script and vivid story line haha. although i will say tokyo drift was by far the best one...until they put the SR20 into that mustang...then it just got silly

Google search 2JZ Chevelle.
Yes it's wrong, but it's different.
I look forward to these movies because I enjoy watching cars on the bigscreen, regardless of how much the actual movie sucks. Tokyo Drift was actually pretty decent though, for a F&F movie.

i agree the idea of it is cool..but it should never get past the "wouldnt it be cool if.." stage. to me there are just certain things you dont do to the classics. but hey, the fact that it actually worked was cool

I'd have a different state of mind if they took a numbers matching complete example of a '68 Fastback, but they didn't. It was an incomplete shell that needed some love.
That's why I think it's cool.
And yeah, the fact that it actually worked was awesome.
