The roads were awesome at 9pm last night.. I think I'm sticking with Hankook tires for the life of my car. First messy commute since putting them on and they were awesome. I was passing folks who were doing 5mph at like 45mph.
I pulled into WaWa on Fayette St. in Conshy and this kid in his 95 Nissan Maxima w/ exhaust, HID's and what looked like (in the dark) Michelin Blizzak's was doing donuts in the empty lot. I would have gotten pix but the freezing rain was still coming down pretty consistently at that time. Anyway, I was hitting those corners and curves like my name was Jay-Z (he dates/____s/engaged to Beyonce)
Tire Specs:
Front - Hankook Ventus V4 ES H105
Rear - Yokohama AVID H4s
PS: I need details on the flat-black TRD wheels that were on the Scion tC at the Philly Auto Show in Scion's display area. Also... while I was at the auto show, this kid was being arrested (I think) for trying to steal shift ***** off cars. I noticed in the Scion area, none of the cars had shift *****, were they intentionally left off?

why do you have the tires mix matched. thats usually a great way to upset the balance of the car. though maybe it upset it the right way and took some under-steer away.
imnot lookin forward to going to work today

There doesn't seem to be any difference in driving with "mix matched" tires... they're the same size just different tread. Actually, they're almost identical and driving is much improved since I have good tires all around.
PS: I typed "Scion TRD" in my browsers address bar and it took me directly to trdsparks.com
