I'm more of a tuner than a Hot Rodder.. But after seeing Foose in work on Overhaulin, i can't say I'm the biggest fan. he does come up with some neat designs. Maybe it was the fact that he was limited by the show's sponsors... American Racing wheels (ew)... A ton of domestics... nothing tuner on that show... his paint jobs and designs were sick though!
i dont car whos cars ya like better, thats a matter of taste. the guy was human just like you and me, he deserves some respect. its not like he was some middle east dictator that died. he did some awesome things in his life. until any of us have our own TV show and 1/2 the awards he has i dont think we have room to insult the man.

a few people were telling me to get them off of ebay but IMO i wouldnt trust anything from ebay like that. Some may be good but what if you get some bad quality rotoors ya know..i dunno its personal preference

drilled or slotted...dont do both...they look fancy but warp like a civ
And scott your opinion on the way I should respect someone is not my concern. Just stare at your pc and draw your pretty pictures...

start with upgraded pads, stainless steel brake lines and some synthetic brake fluid. that might make enough of a difference to satisfy your needs. unless you need to replace the rotors anyway then go for it. unless your going to bump up the diameter dont waste your time or money on performance rotors.
i would say only slotted rotors are needed if anything. porsche and ferrari, ect cross drill the rotors mostly for weight savings (15in rotors can get heavy) as the temp difference is slim. if your putting holes in the disc your taking away surface area for actually stopping the car. if that will cause a debate but whatever. and unless they are high quality pieces they will likely warp like ed said.

Yeah - Drilled rotors can warp or crack very easy... when you do both slotted AND drilled, you substantially weaken the structure of the brake rotors. I would say go with SLOTTED rotors... that's what I have. They're really just to vent heat from braking. They won't provide additional braking. That's all in the PADS and TIres.
