Mmm. Omelettes.

Cheese, ham, peppers, and onions.

And still no sleep...

why not strap a midget in to the middle of the back seat and have him/her hold the camera?

messes up the weight balance to much haha. maybe a small child wood work but they tend to not be very good camera operators

Hmm? You want to mount a camera behind you for in-car video? Hmm... someone taking a cue offa my vids huh? :D

COUGHCOUGHVIDEOCOUGHCOUGH

All I use is a tripod and I just brace it against the seats... 2 legs down into the back seat foot wells, and the 3rd braced actually through the gap between the top and bottom of the back seat.

Only problem with the tripod is that it doesn't do so hot when encountered with lateral forces and a heavy camera on top.

Good for drag racing, bad for autocross.

You know, it was pretty sturdy and didn't tip over during my somewhat fast turns off the 1/4 mile strip.... i bet if I reinforced it a little it would stay better.

Also I just used a tiny canon SD750 - it's small and light so less weight on top!

I just want today to be done with.

I want to finish this paper and never see it again. Ever.

And you're leaving us, Shannon?

LOL, thanks for giving away the "big secret", Rob. Like I said, I gotta see how the rest of this week goes along with the weekend. I'll just be on pins and needles until the deed is done.

And I'm not going anywhere....no matter what happens. I'll always be a Scion Girl no matter what car I drive.

i had no idea you even had videos haha. i cant use a tripod. there are all sort of rules and stuff for having a camera in the car or autocross. on top of the mount itself i need to have the camera strapped down incase the mount fails.
