i know its the "right" way to do it...but on the same note. i wont adjust them more then once. i cant go really low around here so once it have it set up i wont touch it. PLUS any decant set is damn near $1,000. now the shocks on my car and on the european market cars are the same, but the euro cars are about 1-1.25in lower. so i could get a set of springs and be fine. or if i want to go lower i can get a deeper drop spring and a set of shocks.
Coilovers - $1,000
2.25in drop Springs/Shocks - $600
1.25in drop Springs - $200
not sure what im gonna do yet. im more worried about a rear swaybar and a set of performance tires and wheels

check your grounds. always the 1st thing i tell people. could be lose or dirty and will make your car do all sorts of stupid stuff
could also be your battery taking a dump, all your audio equipment could be a drain on it.

could also be bad fuel. try filling up with some higher grade stuff and put in some fuel injector cleaner.
edit - also check your air filter/intake and all the vacuum hoses. does it idel funny when you are at stoplights and stuff?
