They couldn't have done that without cutting the bolt that was rusted fast. That's why Brandon couldn't get the strut assembly out to fix it in the first place.
just think if a dealership had shaun as a tech they could make a butt load on labor but then get sued a month later when the car falls apart

Just an FYI, if anyone is interested, I'm getting rid of my stock tC shift **** (automatic), gently used pedals (automatic), stock head unit, gunmetal scion license plate frame, and some Scion schwag that I no longer need. I'm taking best offers at this point... (The schwag that I got for free Im giving away free of course.)

No, it wasnt the top bolt. Believe me, if it was an easy fix, I don't think Brandon, Ed and Brian would have been standing around it scratching their heads thinking WTF.

It just says SCION on the frame. I'm gonna try to take pictures of everything tonight so ppl can see what they'd be getting.

While walking through Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, a man came upon another man hugging a tree with his ear firmly against the tree. Seeing this he inquired, "Just out of curiosity, what the heck are you doing?"

"I'm listening to the music of the tree," the other man replied.

"You've gotta be kidding me."

"No. Would you like to give it a try?"

Understandably curious, the man said, "Well, ok..." So he wrapped his arms around the tree and pressed his ear up against it. With this, the other guy slapped a pair of handcuffs on him, took his wallet, jewelry, car keys, then stripped him naked and left.

Two hours later another nature lover strolled by, saw this guy handcuffed to the tree stark naked and asked, "What the heck happened to you?"

He told the guy the whole terrible story about how he got there.

When he finished telling his story, the other guy shook his head in sympathy, walked around behind him, kissed him gently behind the ear and said, "This just ain't gonna be your day, cupcake..."
