Happy Birthday, Rob!

25 is the no fun birthday. After being able to rent a car and get cheap insurance, it's all downhill from there.

didnt they kill off the echo because they didnt want inter-brand competition? i think bringing in that car would potentially hurt them, unless they leave it with all powers as options.

i noticed that also. they have alot of cars in the same price range that could potentially over lap. Yaris/xD/Corolla Matrix/xB/Corolla/tC

it probably doesnt cost them much of anything since they all share so many similar components but this is the kind f thing that got GM into trouble. More fishing poles in the pond does not equal more fish.

there is a ~$4-5k difference between the Yaris and the xD but once you start to add options to the Yairs it catches up pretty quick.

the yars comes standard with manual windows, locks, and transmission though, correct?

that may be how theyre keeping the brand seperation.

yea...but how many people do you think really get them like that? they probably just do that so they can advertise the $11k price.
