as the saying goes. you gotta pay to play. it would look good. then you can paint the mesh in the RS grill black.

yeah true.

I would never paint the mesh black though. The grille is too rare and too expensive to paint like that.

I just got my bike serviced for free.. didn't know I had free service for 90 days after purchase of the bike ;)

BTW... Toyota unveiled their Scion brand replacement. Instead of two letter model names, they've opted for the idiocratic, one letter, monosyllabic, America-friendly nomenclature: https://www.scionlife.com/forums/______________/1bUy

Haha.. happy modding!

are there any forced induction kits out for that engine yet? does it have direct injection? i know it has variable cam timing on intake and exhaust. wonder how much you could squeeze out of that thing reliably.

'Sup Guys, haven't been on here for a while... busy working on the house, painting outside.

Anyone here still doin' the Show of Champions in MD on Sunday?

Looks like I'm going to train down with a couple guys from the York club, will be the first Scion event of any kind for me... What a Noob! Sounds like fun, though - hope it ain't too friggin' hot... Maybe catch some of you down there.

So torched, did you decide on a color for your calipers yet?

Got the TPMS moved over to my new wheels and tires, all installed last Friday, Looks 4000% better. What a bite, though - cost me $120 just for all the labor on 8 wheels -Stupid Sensors! I posted photos on a couple boards, if you haven't seen them yet, one of the links is in my sig... Then you'll know what car to look for on Sunday, it should stand out a little now - and no, NOT the gold one in the last two photos, either, hahah!

posted this in the philly meet thread too, but i know some of you dont go in there, sooooo.....

hey guys, sorry i forgot to post about this sooner, but the glenside car show is tomorrow night august second. I will be there with my dad who is showing. i wont be showing myself. but if anyone wants to come down and show, roll in is 3-5pm @ the south end of easton road near arcadia university. I think day of show reg. is 20 bucks. even if you dont want to show, its still a good time, with food, and live music, and tons of nice cars and bikes. the show itself goes from 5-9pm and if you come make sure you stop by the foreign car section and check out my dads other child, an 87 mercades 560sl. hope to see some of you there Smile

The M2Motoring one?

That's not a turboed 2ZR-FE in that car, it's a full-blown 3S-GTE engine swap.
