Holy crap, yeah...if you were looking in your rear view, you would've seen me cringing every twenty seconds or so.

But then you did your MJ dance, and I forgot all about the scrapage.

Oh man, the MJ dance was awesome. So were the matching wife beaters. Oh, and the comment, "Hey Vince, now you're just like us."

CONGRATS Noodles!!

well just got home from the hospital....i decided to go because I havent felt good for like the past year and It was bad tonight...i am usually really tired, dizzy, things are fuzzy, and my blood pressure felt high. Well docor said he is really confident Im healthy and that everything sounded and looked good but he thinks I have a serious stress problem and that is what he thinks is the problem, however I have to get some blood work done tomorrow to make sure of it all. If all comes back clean (crosses fingers) I will just be on anxiety pills for the rest of my life. I was diagnosed 2 years ago with anxiety but I never really treated it because I didnt want to get addicted to the pills...doctor told me that they now have non addictive pills which is good to hear. I really hope that its just anxiety. I worry about EVERYTHING and stress out all the time..it sucks. I told him about my upcoming vacation and he said "good! you need one" lol neways I hope all goes good.

that sucks rob. the meds arent worth it. surrounding yourself with people that care about you and your well being is all you need. Before you start taking any meds, just get away for a little bit. get some time to yourself, and clear your head.

What I did when i had too much on my mind... I took a ride down to wildwood (by myself) and walked around the island the entire day. Walked on the beach for hours. Just thought about how peaceful it was, and it really cleared my head.

I was on depression meds for a little bit. I had to stop taking them because of how down they made me feel. Well, that and the really high suicide factor.

just be around people that care about you. It worked for me. I have had a real bad year, and it doesnt seem to be letting up. If it wasnt for Sal, and other friends past and present, I wouldnt be here right now.
