I have heard it's the TRD intake, but I just wanted to hear it from others who know the deal. Thanks.

although any exhaust besides OEM or OEM replacement (like TRD for Toyo/Scion) is illegal in MA.

Legal - schmegal. Almost all the mods we.....I mean you guys....do are probably illegal. (for any popo lurking out there, I've never modded anything on my car, wink, wink)
TRD is overpriced, go with Injen or Fujita. The actual gain from any CAI is really negligable in everyday driving, so save the extra money you would have spent on the TRD for some other illegal mod.
