How does a rotary engine suck? it makes more than 100hp per ltr if you go the JDM route, but even in US spec its damn near.. 5hp off. The 13B is a very respectable engine, easy to modify and IF you modify correctly the engine will be reliable. By putting in a LS1 or whatever you ruin the balance of the car. the 13B is somewhat lightweight and compact, if you look at the engine bay it sits somewhat back to provide near 50-50 weight balance.

But whatever, thou is entitled to his own opinion

regarding the RX-7 wid the LS1 motor, i've heard abt it, but this is the time i actually see it in picture....

special1_575, i kno wat ur sayin.... u must question why put a LS1 motor in a RX7.... modding car is about creativity (my opinion), by using ur theory, i would ask why people put like interga motor into a Civic, it doesn't belong there.... but all it is.... creativity, dun get me wrong, i still thinks the Rotary Motor is the BEST, and the most complicated engine out there regardless reliable or not.....

both sides got points, just different view and opinion

hell i really want a startlett motor in my xB. does it belong there? no. (btw i cant afford it so thats why i dont have one )


now back to topic. lets keep it on the part of JDM theory and not what motors go with what. looks like some damn fine cars right there!
