Awesome now i think there is about 10 or 12 of us that have booked our rooms, nice!

hmm i guess if the club heads meet was posted with the intention of this maybe folks would have come .

The meeting intention was not to do a show.. the meetings intention was to bring the clubs together..

This is what became of the meetings... If you would like to help we can use all the help we can get.

 

I don't know who HotBox05 is, but the meet is a HEADS meet. Intended for the heads of the NorCal clubs to unite all the clubs, the main thing we talk about is all the shows coming up or things we do.

But like Keith said, this is what came of the head meets. Sorry...

Hey Bam, will you be cooking the dinner?

Will we maybe set up a "Mod" tent or something if people want to bring their cars to mod? Or is it too much trouble? Or do I have to sign up to find out?

 

=( when i use the site to try and reserve, it says invalid credit card number but no where on the page does it ask for one. guess ill try calling when im off work.

 

We can not mod cars at the hotel.. thats to much of a liabilty risk...

As for reserving the hotel.. Please call the hotel... That way you get the "Scion Nation" Discount!

 

Actually Ed, I don't work at the hotel as the Exec. Chef anymore. I work elsewhere as the Exec. Chef.

The hotel is not zoned for working or modding out cars. So the answer to the mod tent is no. There will be plenty of Vendors to talk to and plenty of events in the year to have more Modfest and such!!

 

If anyone has problems getting there reservations, please pm me. I can take care of the hotel and take care of the problem. I called last night to make sure all resrvation problems are taken care of. Please list up as rooms are going fast!!
