How much for their tints? (im in Pleasanton and ive been looking for a good local tint place)

Anitoch is way out of the way for me. It's like an hour and a half drive.

 

No I haven't tinted yet, I am in the same boat.

 

i found a place in Oakland that my good friend went to when he was in the area. He paid about $160 for his. I am in the process of calling to negotiate the price. The only problem is that i need to know how many people are going to go with. Right now i have two difenit people...here is the list so far:

i got 7 windows for my lexus using 3M tint for $300 liftetime warranty against everything, cracking, bubbling, turning purple, etc. and not to mention 3m is baller tint haha

 

my friend did it at Custom Auto near the Oakland Airport over three years ago and has not had a single problem. I think i'll go with that place. Especially since the owner himself was there to talk to him and they treated him great. So, yeah, i am not paying $300 for tinting. that's rediculous and you got ripped off. Or so that's the impression i'm given. I really think that $300 is about $100 too much.

 

300 for the 7 windows on my lexus using 3m tint is not bad at all. its 250 for tint on tc which has 5 windows using 3m tint. so... 50 bucks difference for 2 extra windows... 7 vs. 5 hows that getting ripped off? worth it to me.

anyways, at kingtint they also use suntech, which also carries a lifetime warranty. ide use that on a tc, just not for my lexus. for 5 windows its only 165 at kingtint.

it all depends on how many windows, and what material you want to use. 3m doesnt use metalic tint, and suntech does.

to each his own. in my opinion my investment isnt a rip off

well...lets see....since i haven't had a chance to call them yet....i need to know how many people becuase i'm trying to get a group discount and maybe talk them down to $100. that's why i'm trying to find out how many will be a difenit yes to go with. I can't get a discounted price for everyone without knowing how many people....SO i'll ask again....how many people are down for this????????

 

Best Image Tinting...They have the best price. $140 per car for three cars. If i get more people i can negotiate for a lower price. I need a YES for those interested. I made an appointment for this Thursday at 1 PM...LET ME KNOW ASAP. I will post where we will meet up at on Wednesday.

i also got mine done at best image tint. but I paid 150+tax for 5 windows. my friend paid 150 with no tax. I think their price depend on a person who u talk to. cuz when I was setting up an appointment, a guy on the phone said it's 150 but then when i was paying, a different guy said it's 160. so I told him that i got a quote for 150 and he said okay and charged me 150 but plus tax
They did a pretty good job and gave me a lifetime warranty.

 

Well it's also for three cars...i'm sure if i don't produce three cars they would jack up the price. If i get more then three cars, i can re-negotiate the price....So how many people are in?
