2011 tC Launch Party and Free Car Show 10/15/10 by Scion of Kirkland

I think a lot of really nice cars and people that have not come to Scion events came to this. I think we hold our group to higher standard and expect not to see that kind of behavior. Unfortunately as said earlier this was one of their first events and hopefully learned what can happen. All in all not bad, nice mix, but I guess I am getting too old for this stuff...

Thanks again for the additional feedback guys, sat down with the GM again today to talk future stuff, sounds like we're going to try a poker run in conjunction with the toy run, and also a BBQ as a way of saying thanks for supporting the tC launch, will start seperate threads for those once we have the details down.
Again, I do urge people to send feedback to jim@toyotaofkirkland.com, as he's getting together with the regional Scion rep shortly, and wants to take this info to them. Not saying it will necessarily create results immediately or anything, just that it's a chance to be heard.
That being said Dustin (oh_canada) let me know that some of you sent some e-mails in, but got no response, so ran by the GM to ask him what's up, and he hasn't gotten anything other than the letter Dustin sent. You guys are welcome to cc me on anything rcarr@toyotaofkirkland.com and that way, if it doesn't get to him, I can print a copy and hand it to him direct.
again thanks guys! I'll keep coming by here, on occasion, but again PSTOC is where I am more often and the best way to reach me.

Lol no one's crying about it, i just dont understand why ppl have to be like that. I mean I guess if thats the only way you can show some self worth and manhood, but I don't wanna hear it. When I see a woman clutching her infant, holding his ears and running out of the parking garage it doesn't make me proud.

yeah I think the revving thing is something that generally comes with an outdoor event of that size, unfortunately we were in a parking garage where everything gets amplified.
On a side note, I think the woman with the infant was my wife lol.
