Don't know if anyone is actually meting in Tacoma, Brian, or just going ahead and meeting at the Starlake P&R in Kent.
If there are enough to meet in Tacoma, the meet-up would have to be around 10:15 so we could leave at 10:30.
If there are enough interested in meeting in Tacoma for the run up to Kent, speak up and we'll do it.

Ok,, this is the RENDEZVOUS / CARVAN / MEET-UP schedule I found from last years RUN.... I was not around last year so not sure how smooth it all went.... I would love to follow, just go with other people. So if all was well last year here we go, but if not PLEASE would somebody with the authority delete this quickly as not to cause much confusion. 
NORTHBOUND MEET-UPS:
Exit 147 - Star Lake Park and Ride at 11:15AM
Star Lake Park and Ride, Kent, WA:
Meet @ 11:15AM, head out @ 11:30AM.
Exit 147 (South 272nd St.) off I-5 northbound.
Turn left at bottom of exit, go under I-5, westbound.
P&R is on the right, north of 272nd, just past freeway.

Exit 207 - Smokey Point Rest Stop at 12:30PM
Smokey Point Northbound I-5 Rest Stop, Smokey Point, WA:
Meet @ 12:30PM, head out @ 1:00PM.
Mile Post 207 exit off I-5 northbound.
Congregate at on the "passenger car" side of rest stop at tree stump.
BRING YOUR WALKIE-TALKIES FOR FUN & COORDINATION!!!
FRS/GMRS Channel 5, no code.
Lead car and tail car will monitor the channel to keep everyone together and safe.

(North on Hwy 97 to I-90, across the pass to I-405, head north on I-405 to I-5, continue north to the rest stop at mile marker 207. Try to hit the rest stop about 12:30 or so...)

The little rainstorm this evening cleaned the parking lot a bit so that was nice. We're ready as we'll ever be! I plan to meet up with everyone just east of Sedro-Woolley at the weigh station where I met everyone last time.
