I've gotten quite a few comments and second looks, especially in the summer when the flake in the FM really stands out. Torched Penny is truely a unique color, though... gotta say the thought of repainting has passed through my mind once...

Thats really funny.... I know Nick has gotten a note before, he swears it wasnt a love note but who knows I think it has to do with what youve done to your car and how much it stands out, a regular colored vehicle is cool looking when youve done enough to it, b ut things like your box (wicked) Nicks box, and a bright green box deffinatly arent normal! Congrats!!

I just about pooed myself today. I just moved to Portland and don’t know my way around. I got lost somewhere and it didn’t look like a good neighborhood.

I was waiting at a stop sign to turn onto a busy street. I looked in my passenger side mirror and see some guy in a hoodie SPRINTING towards my car. He taps on my passenger window and signals to roll it down then puts his hands back in his pocket. At this point I think I am getting jacked, as this guy looked extremely wacked out. I put it in reverse and got ready to floor it, then I rolled the window down just a crack to see what he wanted. He say’s “didn’t mean to scare you, just wanted to say you got a nice car”.

I’m relieved that nothing happened, but I think I would have rather found a note on my windshield instead.
