The Kevin Duckworth Scholarship is a fund set up in memory of the great Blazers basketball player. It is provided to aspiring teens who possibly wouldn't have the means to go to college otherwise. Something that is very helpful in times like these.

There will be two raffles going on. One that has some of the basic car show raffle items to be given away. Stuff like T-shirts, gift certificates etc. Then there will be another high end raffle that will contain some serious swag. Things that can be valued at $500+

Through some googling there are a couple other events going on. A lot of smaller muscle car shows in southern oregon, and other small towns throughout the NW will be taking place that day.

hmm... i maybe in after all... i dunno.... the 'greenwood' mile is fun up here... but its geared towards classics vs imports... while i got some positive looks last year... i got just as many if not more WTF looks for having a newer car with big speakers....

will see what the wife says...

Man wish I could go but I got so much going on in August that I don't have any gas money to drive down there even.....I am sure there will be a big showing of people form the Portland area and up north too.

Gotta save every dollar I can to get my kit painted.

just found out that our club will be attending the Myrtle Creek show on that date. they are opening a class up for best scion this year because we asked them to from the last show. So, I guess I won't be able to make it up.

I think I might attend this car show and not Myrtle Crk. This car show sounds like it will be a better show to attend.
