If you are going to be in the caravan and your name is not on the list please copy the post and add your name so we can make sure everyone is on the list....so we don't leave without you. Main reason I am collecting the cell numbers is in case you aren't there and we are leaving Vancouver or Tacoma and we want to make sure you are still coming. We are almost to 25 people. (The only thing I know is I'm the last car in line, and I'm willing to help others find what they need in Tacoma, and have provided times, directions and maps for everything from Tacoma, north to the entry gate of the garage WHICH OPENS AT NOON. If we arrive much earlier than that we will have no place to wait, and according to the only official information I can get, will not be allowed into the parking garage - they will still be setting up for the event. Once we get in the gate at noon, we will have anothr hour to do final cleaning and polishing.)

Those of us rolling in from Vancouver, do we still want to meet up at 7 or make it 8? Not sure how much time we will need to wash cars and all. So let me know what you think....we need a CLEAR decision on what time we will be LEAVING Vancouver.....

Just remember, if it isn't a Scion, Scion isn't paying for the parking - or letting it into the Scion Only event...

I just figured that if a Honda showed, it would get filtered out at the gate - no problem.

I say we keep the times the same so we don't confuse n e one!! Steakburger at 7am, and get to the Tacoma m&g spot by 9-9:30 am. Hang out for a bit, clean up the cars, fill up on gas, get something small to eat, meet everyone and then roll out up to Sea-town. If the times do get changed, post them up fast so everyone knows. I don't want to get left behind down here in the Couve!

Just want to let everyone know I might be having a little trunk sale at the Tacoma meet spot. Just a few things I'm selling like rims/tires (if it doesn't sell tomorrow), kukui nuts, carbon fiber fuel lid overlay for xb1, digital camera and couple parts for a 95-99 turbo eclipse.

Ok, I have heard about when should we leave Tacoma. I have to agree with Tomas about not getting their too early. However; not allowing time for unforseen problems like car accidents and such, will really cut our chances on being there on time. Tomas is right, it takes about 45-50 minutes to get to Seattle from Tacoma. That only allows us to have a 10-15 minute window. If we leave at 10:45, then that allows us 25-30 minutes. UNLESS, someone knows how to check the traffic on I-5 before we leave and can tell us it is clear, I think leaving an extra 15 minutes early is in our best interest. I really doubt that they will turn away 23+ scion vehicles if we are there 10-15 minutes early. If someone has Google Earth, and has the traffic option, then that person can give us the lo-down on what is ahead.

That sounds like a good idea.... That cuts into PDXers time to clean up in Tacoma, but there are only like 8 of us coming up...all interior detail should be done before we roll outta Vancouver....so it sounds like it might work....

But we need to make a decision as Sat is coming soon....and Fri I am out most of the day so will be wanting to get finalities done before Friday and I have most of the people in the caravan's cell numbers. Only missing a few now...but I think we will be covered if noone else wants to give a celly....charging our walkies too...

How many have walkies? We have several will get final count tomorrow so I know how many we can loan out....
