Default Lookin to move out come June/July

Im looking to move out to Kirkland, Redmond or Bothell area. I know places exist for cheap cuz my friend got a good move in deal and those are always going on! I just was looking for suggestions. I just ask that its a safe area and that the washer and dryer are in the apartment itself.

If you have any suggestions please let me know!

id love to find a place for 700-800ish. My friend lives in a 2 bed 2 bath for 845 and its NICE so i know they exist out there!

Thanks
Natalie

I wish my place cost that much.

Have you considered purchasing a place? It's not as difficult as it seems.

There are some great places out there.. I normally just use Rent.com to see the specials or drive around the area to get a gauge for the area. Also check with the local police department to inquiry about crime at the complex/neighborhood.

Brian.. just how easy is it to find a house nowadays? I'm sure there is a lot of factors in it?

Good luck on finding what you're looking for. There are good deals in most areas, but it takes some real searching to find 'em sometimes.

(If course some places just cost more than others - I live in a 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment with just short of 1400 square feet that goes for under $900/mo. - but it's not on the Eastside...)

I was 20 when I bought my first house...brand new construction in Kent. Typically, if you can rent a place on your own, you can own a house. And even if you can't, you can always get a roommate. Then they are paying rent to you. And you get a pretty nice tax write off at the end of the year.

My second house...it went on the market on a Friday morning. It was mine by Saturday afternoon. I'll admit, it is a little over-whelming, but it's worth it.

Anyway, I have never rented a place, so I am not going to be much help on that. I also don't really know much about the north end.

But good luck with your search.

Thanks!

Renting I think is a waste of money but I cant make a commitment to buy a house - i cant even keep a boy around longer than a few months! lol! Ooh and a roommate is no bueno for me!

I lived in woodinville 11 years ago and had a small 2 bedroom apt. Rent was 600 back then, I can't imagine what those are going for now.

Good luck!

I'm in a 2br/2ba 1050sq ft apartment in Woodinville/Bothell and its 959 a month. =(

You can always use craigslist to find deals or rent.com or apartments.com. With those 3 in use, I'm sure you can find something for cheap.

also try forrent.com, that's where I found my apartments and I'm completely satisfied.
