This years Mt. St. Helens cruise will take place June 8th .Roads should be open all the way to the end of the road but, you never know with the crazy weather we have been having.
Last years cruise was a blast and was attended by alot of owners. This year would be cool if we get even more to attend.
As we get closer more details will be added to this posting. So far I've been thinking of somewhat repeating like last year but, with a earlier start. Start a list if you will be coming or give some ideas

Johnston Ridge Observatory officially re-opened this year on May 16th.

The Johnston Ridge Observatory WILL be open on June 8th, 10AM-6PM. Admission is $8 per person, kids under 15 are free.

Here are the current meet-up places and times for this first-of-the-season cruise:

From the South:
7:30AM meet at Vancouver, WA Krispy Kreme (PDX and south people) (Exit 32 off 205) Leave 8:45AM



From the North:
7:30AM at the Star Lake Park & Ride (SEA and north people) (I-5 Exit 147 - 272nd st) Leave 7:45AM

From the far, far north, the meet is at 6:30 @ Wendy's in the parking lot shared w/ Home depot, corner of 128th & Hwy 99, Everett.

From the East:
6:00AM meet at the park & ride at the 16th Ave exit off of US HWY 12, Yakima (East state siders), Leave 6:15AM



Final Meet Point for ALL:
9:30AM at Gateway Food & Fuel in Castle Rock, WA (I-5 Exit 49 - Castle Rock) Leave 9:45AM


Shell Gateway fuel n food, 1178 Mount Saint Helens way NE, Castle Rock, WA

Arrive at Johnston Ridge approximately 10:45AM via Hwy 504 (approximately 50 miles).

Everyone who can, be sure to bring along an FRS/GMRS walkie-talkie and have it set on Channel 5, no code.

On the return from Johnston Ridge everyone is invited to the potluck/picnic/gathering at Seaquest State Park. (You will have passed Seaquest about 4-5 miles east of Castle Rock on the way to the Ridge - on your way back it is on your right, about 45 miles from the ridge - just follow the Scion in front of you...)
