Just wanted to let everyone know that the date for the event will be Saturday June 8th
Once again that is a free park day but, we still will need to reserve the covered area. Anybody want to reserve it this year?

Also, once again this year I will be putting together a raffle like last year. Some emails have been sent out seeking giveaways but, if anyone wants to donate something please pm me.

 

Wouldn't miss it, I wonder if Riverdale Raceway will invite us for some drag racing again?

 

I'll put it on the calendar. I hope it's nice 'cause I would like some good pics of my new car up there

I would really like to go to this this year. I will have to put in a request at work.

 

i will talk to them and make sure that they safe the date for us to come run.

 

OK talked to them today. They said they will be closed that weekend to get ready for upcoming event the following weekend. Sorry guys. They said next year to let them know sooner and they will make sure to be open for us

 

I'll pick up the picnic shelter this year.

I can reserve this online, right?

Also, do a cars need a Discover Pass to park? (I'm thinking not, but the site says so)

Unless it is one of the few "free" days, a Discover pass is required to enter the park.

Got some good news last night. Riverdale Raceway will be open and invited us to come play. There will be a event going on also but they have made time for test & tune runs (which we would fall into). We would have to pay to use the track this time. $30 and make sure to bring a helmet

Woot totally in for this year! This is the one event each year I really look forward to. Repairs from the jack rabbit incident will be done, new horn, FINALLY got the body kit on, and some custom painting to boot. Also will be my first cruise as a married man (proposed at the cruise last year, hope the weather is better!)

Should there be a list started sometime soon for who's bringing what to the potluck??

 

When it gets closer we will start a list.
