Exciting! My brother bought an E36 M3 from California so he's glad that I'm joining the BMW family! You'll have to let me know if it works out!

The standard 330's have the 3.0-liter with 225 hp. This one has the performance package, along with other things, increases the hp to 235. Not sure what the torque numbers are on the performance package, but I know without it's 214. And yes, 6 speed!

congrats on the new ride evette!

since you're going to be in socal, check out clearbrafilms.com and find a local clear bra shop near the dealership or fly down with an old school black one to protect the paint on the drive up.

at the VERY VERY least - blue tape.

gl with the drive, have fun!

Thanks! Yeah, we plan on doing the blue tape thing. I'll more than likely be picking it up the weekend of the 1st so there might be some time to get the clearbra done. I'm just a little unsure if I want to do that as I saw a red G35 with it and you could totally tell. I only drive 3 miles on way to work so I won't really have the issue with rock chips here. But thanks for the info and I am looking forward to the drive home!!

The car is on it's way! I ended up trucking it here and it left L.A. today. The driver will be in Portland dropping off two other cars on Friday and then will be on his way here. So I'm looking at a possible Friday , more likely Saturday delivery. YAY!!!
