Not dead...
still breathing.
What's up with Cliffie? I quit my job, left corporate America and became a hermit.
Seriously, I'm locked away in my studio being an artist of the musical persuasion. I re-released my first album and I'm currently recording the next 3. Check it: http://www.cliftonleejohnston.com .
We still have our two Scions, although I'm considering parting with Sci-Fi so I can eat for a few more months. If anyone wants a shot at my cool-a$$ award-winning xA with uniqueness in the parts and 12 grand of assorted other coolness, give me a shout at givemeyourdamnxa@cliftonleejohnston.com .
Also, because I'm a complete AWOL lame-o, I have no idea who the two-scion fam is 1/4 mile from me on 156th in Renton... the folks with the guitar lesson sign... I don't know who you are, but I DO know where you live
Anyway, I'll drag myself out to something as soon as I recover from turkey day and the ensuing food-induced depression. Until then... peace

yay clif!
I'll give ya a shout shortly on some of your xA parts if you are still looking to part with some. sad to see sci fi go but understandable. I'd rather be dirt poor doing what I loved then unhappy doing something else.
Hope to hear some tunes from ya soon. I'll check out your website!

I just had a release party for LAJC on Friday, and that's it for the year. But I am already booking for January and I'll be gigging hard soon in support of the new album(s).
No longer rallying... no time, money, or co-driver. But that's another story.
D and K, what's up my bruthas from utha ******?
Not parting out SCI-FI. She's a work of art... I can't bear to disassemble her. I'm hoping to find someone who will love her for who she is.

It has been a while because I don't believe I've ever seen your screen name! I look forward to you posting again though... seems as though, by the good welcome-back you got, that you're not such a bad guy ;).

Clif...I don't know if you've heard of "the Swains" (http://www.swainscountry.com/) but they are near & dear to my heart (family). They've been having some success in the local country music scene and maybe I can get you some help on how to get airplay and gigs. Let me know.

Currently, I am playing electric violin. Kind of wierd after years of playing bass in blues rock cover bands, but I am having a great time and it has been very well received at the gigs.

I am sure it will happen sometime. PM your new contact info and I will reply with mine.
The website for our band is www.redrubberband.com but I was just asked to officially join and I am not on the website nor did I play on the EP they put out last year. Hopefully we will get some recordings done soon, the band sounds a bit different now.
