Well, eight days later I get an acknowledgment from the ScionBackstage folks, and now they've totally hosed up my reservations: I have two active reservations to Portland and none to Seattle. I replied to them to forget they ever heard of me and I'll take care of straightening the mess out myself using the available on-line tools - DO NOT try to fix anything else with my reservations. *sigh*

Hi Tom,
Thanks for your email - sorry you had trouble accessing your reservation info. Don't worry, you're still in for Scion Backstage in Portland.
I checked in our system and it looked like you are registered for two events. That's why it's not letting you log in. Since you mentioned that you're traveling to Portland, I cancelled your reservation for the Seattle event.
Your new confirmation code is __edit__, and everything should be in order now. Please let me know if you need to switch back to Seattle or if you have any other questions. Looking forward to seeing you at Scion Backstage!

Wow, they got back to me on my question I sent too.
I asked if we could bring the baby (6 mo. old in June) along, and after "researching" the question, they said no absolutely no one under 18. So, either I go alone, with a friend, or not at all. SUCKS!!

You're more than welcome to ride along with Cory and I. Maybe I could get Terry to come too, lol?

ok so wow here is some new information for all of you. They have found out that they can handle alot more people than thought before, so now you can log on and register with out the use of a password.
Also they are having a car show of sorts for people that have thier cars all fixed up, I am not sure how the judging works, I think it is coming directly from the corprate offices in LA. But there is a place to sign up on the Backstage web site now to enter and show your car, they also a re giving you the stage to talk about your car and the things that you have done to it.
There is no limit on the amount of people that can come to these things. And the only reason they are saying no one under the age of 18 is for the driving reasons. however people are bringing there children at some of the otehr events that have happened in California.
So now you should be able to sign up multipul times. I will be at both events in Portland.

Matt there were supposed to be a ton of changes to the site this week, however I will cal down and find out were to go to register your car. I talked with Bobbie again yesterday about that portion of the event and it sounds pretty cool. You bring your car down and they give you three minutes to actualy get up and talk about your car. I believe that it is being taped and may be used latter in some of the scion testimonials. I am not sure, but it sounds cool. The only thing we know for sure is that the more they put on these events the more they add to them. I will find out how you register for them.
